Summary
GrowthOS is where a provider decides what it is going to say about itself and proves it may say it. It plans, it evidences, it measures — and it deliberately does not send. Sending is CampaignOS’s job, and GrowthOS holds no contact details at all.
That separation is the point. Marketing claims made by education providers are regulated, and “we are accredited for X” is a statement with legal consequences. GrowthOS keeps every claim next to the evidence for it.
Who This Guide Is For
- Executives and owners responsible for what the provider says publicly
- Marketing staff producing content
- Quality officers who have to defend a claim afterwards
Step 1: Write the Constitution
Navigate to Growth → Constitution.
The brand constitution is the set of rules everything else is checked against: what you may call yourself, which regulators you may name, what tone applies, what is never said. Write it once, with the quality officer in the room.
Step 2: Register Your Claims
Navigate to Growth → Claims.
Every factual assertion you make in marketing goes here with its evidence: accreditation scopes, pass rates, placement rates, learner numbers, employer partnerships. A claim without evidence attached is flagged, and it should be — a placement rate quoted from memory is the single most common compliance problem in provider marketing.
Re-evidence claims on a schedule. Last year’s pass rate stops being true.
Step 3: Collect Proof
Navigate to Growth → Proof.
Testimonials, case studies, outcome data, employer references. Proof items attach to claims. Get consent for testimonials in writing and record it — a learner quote used after they asked you to stop is a POPIA complaint.
Step 4: Read Demand
Navigate to Growth → Demand.
Demand signals suggest which qualifications are being sought in which areas. Use them as an input to programme planning, not as a forecast — they describe interest, not enrolment.
Growth → Opportunities turns those signals into things you might actually do.
Step 5: Brief Content
Navigate to Growth → Content.
A content brief says what a piece will say and which registered claims it relies on. Content produced from a brief can be checked automatically against the constitution and the claims register before it goes out.
Step 6: Check Compliance Before Publishing
Navigate to Growth → Compliance.
The compliance check reads content against the constitution and the claims register and reports what it cannot support. Treat a finding as a stop, not a warning. Growth → Audit keeps the history of what was checked and when, which is what you produce if a claim is ever challenged.
Step 7: Hand Off to Send
GrowthOS plans; Engage (CampaignOS) sends. When content is approved, it moves across. Nothing is emailed from here.
What Good Looks Like
- Every public claim has dated evidence behind it
- Testimonial consent is recorded
- Content is checked before publication, not after a complaint
- Nobody is surprised by what the provider says about itself
Common Mistakes
- Quoting a pass rate nobody can reproduce. Register it, evidence it, date it.
- Treating demand signals as enrolment forecasts.
- Looking for the send button. There isn’t one, on purpose.
