LiveOS Parallel Session Fabric
Teach once. Meet anywhere. One register.
Run one session across Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet and Webex at the same time, and get a single attendance register out of it.
What it is
Corporate clients mandate their own conferencing platform, and until now that meant either losing the session or keeping attendance in a spreadsheet. The Fabric attaches the meetings a client already has to one skillSYMS session: learners join wherever they like, and the register, the timeline and the audit trail are one record. A learner who joins on both Teams and the native room is counted once, not twice.
Replaces: Manual attendance reconciliation across conferencing platforms
What it does
- Attach an existing Teams, Zoom, Meet or Webex meeting to a session
- One attendance register across every platform, with overlapping joins merged
- Every minute records which platform it came from and how the person was identified
- A permanent join link and QR code that survive a change of meeting URL
- Per-client platform rules — honour an employer who does not permit Zoom
- Pre-session check on rooms, licences and connections 24 hours out
- A capability matrix that states plainly what each platform can and cannot do
What changes for you
A client who insists on their own platform is no longer a lost session
One attendance record per session instead of one per platform
Anyone the platform could not identify is queued for review, never guessed at

Worth knowing before you ask
Meetings are ATTACHED by link, which works today for every platform. Creating meetings automatically inside Teams, Zoom, Meet or Webex needs an authorised connector per platform and is not part of this release. Attendance from an external platform is imported from that platform’s own export.
