What it is
DocumentOS is the last mile of the platform. A template inherits from the skillSYMS library, so your branding is yours and the regulatory wording is not editable. Documents are generated from the records rather than retyped, checked before they are issued, versioned immutably, and given a verification code that reflects their CURRENT status — so a revoked Statement of Results reports as revoked even on a copy printed last year. It absorbs Document Vault and e-Sign as its storage and signature engines rather than replacing them.

Worth knowing before you ask
A provider issues supporting documents such as the Statement of Results. Occupational and trade certificates are issued by the QCTO, and DocumentOS refuses to create a template that implies otherwise. Signatures are ordinary electronic signatures under ECTA section 13(2); where an advanced electronic signature is required, the module says so and declines rather than collecting a weaker one.
