🧭 For Skills Development Facilitators & Consultants

Several clients, one login

If you carry compliance for more than one provider, you know the real cost is not the work — it is the context switching. Switch between clients inside one system, with each client’s data sealed off from the others.

What You'll Achieve

🔀

Switch clients, not systems

Move between the providers you manage from one login, with each one’s data strictly separated.

📅

One deadline view

See what is due across every client, instead of keeping a separate calendar per engagement.

📤

The same exports, every time

QCTO, SETMIS, NLRD, WSP and ATR produced the same way for every client you carry.

Your Workflow with skillSYMS

1

Get added to a client

The provider grants you access to their workspace. You never hold their data outside their tenant.

2

Switch in one click

Move between client workspaces without logging out or keeping separate credentials.

3

Work the deadlines

Submissions, deadlines and validation, per client, in the same shape each time.

4

Report and hand back

Produce the returns, and leave the evidence behind in the client’s own system.

Features Built for SDFs & Consultants

Workspace switching

One identity, many client workspaces. Access is granted per provider and revoked the same way.

Strict tenant separation

Each client’s data lives in its own tenant. Switching workspace does not blend anything.

WSP and ATR data

The workplace skills plan and annual training report drawn from the client’s real records.

SETA funding tracking

Funding windows, applications, awards and stipend claims per client.

Statutory exports

QCTO01 through QCTO06, SETMIS and NLRD, validated before submission.

Deadline tracking

What is due, for whom, and what is still outstanding to make it.

Audit readiness per client

Evidence coverage and validation reports you can run before a site visit rather than during one.

Skills gap analysis

OFO-coded gap analysis to support funding applications and training plans.

Your access is auditable

Everything you do in a client workspace is logged against you, which protects you as much as them.

Common Questions

Do my clients each need their own subscription?
Yes — each provider is its own tenant with its own data and its own subscription, which is what keeps them properly separated. What you get is access across them without a separate login for each. If you are bringing several clients on, tell us when you request a quote.
Can I see one client’s data while working in another?
No, and that is deliberate. Switching workspace switches context completely. Cross-client reporting would mean blending tenant data, which is exactly the thing a provider is trusting you not to do.
What happens when an engagement ends?
The provider revokes your access to their workspace. Their data stays with them, because it was always in their tenant rather than in a copy you were keeping.
I already have my own spreadsheets that work.
They probably do work, for you. The problem is what happens at handover, or when a client is audited and the authoritative record lives on your laptop. Everything here stays in the client’s own system, which is better for them and a shorter argument for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a discount for managing multiple providers?
Talk to us when you request a quote. We would rather have that conversation properly than publish a number that turns out to be wrong for your particular mix of clients.
Can I set clients up myself?
Onboarding runs through a staged setup that captures accreditation scope, campuses, programmes and team before any learner records are touched. Consultants often drive that on a client’s behalf, which is exactly what it is designed for.
Do I need to be a registered SDF?
Not to use the software. Whether you need to be registered for the work you are doing is a question for the relevant SETA, not for us.
