Your Stress, Your Reactions — A Personal Plan

Look honestly at what stresses you at school, how you react and what it costs, then build a short personal plan with warning signs, resets and the people you can turn to for support.

By the end, you can

name your own stress triggers, trace a reaction to its consequences and write a personal stress plan that includes where to get support.

QUEST SACE-PW-04-STRESS-AND-SELF-REFLECTION

Start with yourself

Think of a time at school when you reacted with your emotions rather than your judgement. You shouted, slammed a book, said something sharp to a learner or a colleague.

Most teachers can think of one quickly. That is not a confession of failure. It is where safer practice starts: you cannot manage a reaction you have never looked at.

This MicroQuest is a working session. Keep a notebook or your phone's notes open. 📓
