Verify your skillSYMS installer
Drop the installer you downloaded below. Your browser calculates its SHA-256 fingerprint locally — the file is not uploaded — and we check that fingerprint against every release we have published.
Checking from the command line
- Windows (PowerShell):
Get-FileHash .\skillSYMS_x64-setup.exe -Algorithm SHA256 - macOS:
shasum -a 256 skillSYMS_aarch64.dmg - Linux:
sha256sum skillSYMS_amd64.AppImage
A matching fingerprint proves the file is the one we published. Windows and macOS also check the publisher's code signature when you open the installer.
